Jacqueline Fernandez grew up in Bahrain, Manama. She is Sri Lankan and comes from an ethnically diverse background. Jacqueline Fernandez's mother Kim and her father Elroy are both Malaysians. Miss Sri Lanka 2006 was crown in March 2006; she also participated in Miss Universe 2006 In 2006 she won her the Miss Sri Lanka title. After that, she went into the world of television, hosting a program on Sri Lankan business called Lanka Business Report. Padukone was her mother was the famous badminton star Prakash Padukone, was born in Copenhagen and grew up in Bangalore. Padukone played in the national championships while young teenagers, however she decided to give her sporting career in order in order to be a model. Padukone is from Mangalorean background Her mother language is Konkani. Her ancestors come from the village Padukone located in Kundapura Taluk, in the Udupi district in Karnataka state, which is located in India. Prakash Padukone has retired as an international badminton player and her mother is also a travel consultant.
